ABOUT

relatable, relevant, impactful

I'm not your grandma's etiquette coach.
I swap stiff rules for skills that actually stick.

The way I see it, etiquette is about awareness and intentionality in how you show up so that others feel at ease around you. That said, my sessions aren't lectures; they're conversations. I pull in pop culture references, current and historical events and the latest neuroscience and societal research I've been geeking out on, to keep things engaging and relatable.

Confidence is learned, presence is practiced.  And when you embody both, you don't just change yourself, you change the room.

I'm a "why" person: I've always been fascinated by what makes people tick. Some people take that curiosity into the field of psychology; I took the artistic route and became a professional stage and television actress. On that note, I may have lost some of you, but this will all make sense. You see, people often assume acting is just memorizing lines and pretending to cry on demand, but it's so much more than that. Actors are human behavior mimics. We take emotions written on a page and embody them to make them believable; weaving them into stories that resonate and that make the audience feel something. That training and professional performance background taught me that so much of connection is noticing others: reading the room, tuning into the unspoken and making people feel seen and comfortable in your presence.

That lens now shapes how I teach confidence and connection. I don't treat them as abstract concepts or as innate traits you're either born with or lucked out of. They're a compilation of skills and skills can be taught. I'm passionate about breaking those skills down into things you can actually see, practice and make your own. To me, etiquette at its core is about balance; the ability to own your own story while being aware of how it lands on others.

My goal is simple: to help people show up as their best, most authentic selves; aware that every interaction leaves an imprint. Whether I'm working with professionals in the boardroom or middle-schoolers through my Playfully Polite program, I want everyone I teach to walk away with tools they can use to feel more confident, more connected and more mindful of the ripple effects having "good manners" can create in the lives of others.
