My Approach

My training isn't about memorizing stiff rules; it's about learning presence, confidence and connection in a way that actually sticks. I'll pull in everything from a Seinfeld moment (because let's be honest, that show relates to just about anything) to the latest neuroscience study or real-world case example to keep sessions engaging and relatable. 

The foundation of my work is built around six core modules (listed below) and from there I customize the content to fit each client's interests, goals, and team culture. Whether it's a university group, a corporate team, or a one-on-one coaching session, every program is designed to feel modern, practical, and tailored.

I'll pull in real-world case studies, classic sitcom clips (sitcoms are built on miscommunication) and strategies you can put into practice right away.

Four (sometimes five!) generations are working side by side today. And each brings different strengths, expectations and communication styles. In this session, you'll learn how to bridge those differences, foster respect and create collaboration across age groups. We'll cover how family and cultural dynamics shape work styles, how to challenge hierarchy respectfully, and how to create a culture where everyone feels included. Expect a mix of historical events, societal studies and some pop culture parallels that make these dynamics click.
